Conclusion:
This mainboard is basically the same as the P55-GD85 with only one VRM heatsink, one LAN port and no voltage measuring points. The
other features and layout and are the same. It is a lot chaper though. A PLX chip for SATA3 drives and USB3 devices is still present.
Voltage Regulator :
This mobo comes with a VRM, called DrMOS, with ten phases, 8 for the CPU (Vcore) and 2 for the integrated memory controller (VTT rail).
The manufacturer promises an efficiency up to 96%, an increase of 38% over the traditional design.
Compared to:
This motherboard was not compared to another board and no benchmarks were tested.
