This mobo is nice to work with, has a good performance and nice features for its price. The reviewer had some problems with one of the e-SATA/USB ports, furthermore there were no power and reset buttons on the board, more case fan headers would have been nice and the the alignment of the expansion slots could be better.

The X58A UD3R v2 is a definite improvement over the v1. So which should you buy between this and the similar priced, similar performing ASUS Sabertooth? Both boards are exceptionally good for the money and either will give you years of service.

An Intel Core-i7 950 was OCed @ 4.4GHz.
