Overclocking: The ASRock could reach 4.73 GHz (22 x 215) theoretically. With a core i7 870 @4GHZ the ASRock mobo was a bit faster in cinebench 10 than the Intel board that was used in this test.

Conclusion: The ASRock P55M Pro is a great choice if you are not concerned solely with overclocking and on a strict budget.
Overclocking:
-Stable overclock with the Core i5/750 was reached @4.1GHz with 216MHz Base clock and 1.3625V VCore using Load Line Calibration (Vdrop off).
-With the i7/860 the VCore was set to 1.425V, and with a 20(multiplier)x205(bclk) setting, 4.1GHz clock speed was reached.

Conclusion: After some overclocking troubles pcshoptalk was given a new BIOS by ASrock and got a stable system. Allthough the i5 750 doesn’t have Hyperthreading it was still very close to the i7 scores.
By providing extra mounting holes ASRock also lets you use older LGA775 coolers.
Overclocking: With a core i7 750 4001.26MHZ was reached, there are screen from the OC tuner and CO DNA.
Bechmarks tested: Counterstrike : Source, Unreal Tournament 3, even older software like 3Dmark 2001 and 2003 are tested, furthermore there are benchmarks from lots of other games in various resolutions.
